Turning Etos' job benefits into physical products
A job at Etos comes with a bunch of benefits. To communicate those internally and to attract new Etos Employees we translated them into a special range of physical products.
Etos, one of Holland's leading drugstore chains, cares about the wellbeing of every person in the Netherlands. But prior to looking after all of them, they need to take care of their own employees first. Through several job benefits they stimulate personal growth and help create a working environment in which everyone feels welcome and safe to be themselves. We turned all these job benefits into an actual product range of self-care products. Making them tangible, spreadable and even sprayable.
The new range of products like “Carièretijgerbalsem” and “Je ware gezicht lotion” symbolizes Etos’ job benefits. We played with the wording and value/product combination in a way that the description fits the product and at the same time describes the effect of a job at Etos on the “user”.
This campaign came to life through various online and offline channels. From instore displays where the job benefits could be ‘tested’ to print, posters and leaflets with further information about the benefits of working at Etos. And from Insta and TikTok content to sampling on events such as the ‘Nationale Carrièrebeurs’.
