Creative Internship

NEEW is looking for a talented Creative Intern who wants to get hands-on experience in brand building, concept development and the inner workings of a creative agency.

As a Creative Intern at NEEW, you will become part of a multidisciplinary team that develops ideas which go beyond just advertising. You’ll contribute to projects for both clients and our own ventures. Think campaigns, new propositions, services, activations, and products that matter. Stuff that adds real value to people’s lives.

You’ll collaborate with creative strategists and strategic creatives. Together, we look at brands through a business lens and ask: how can creativity drive real impact?

What you'll do
  • Hunt for relevant consumer insights related to the brief
  • Develop creative concepts for our clients that connect with the brand strategy and that add value for their target audience.
  • Guide, direct and support on the execution of concepts and bring the ideas to life in various channels.
  • A better understanding of design/visualisation process within a creative agency. (Digital, Graphic, visual, UX/UI design & Visual Identity)
  • A better understanding of the creative process and creative concept development within the agency
  • Improve existing skill set (f.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
What you'll do

  • A deep curiosity in what drives people and how consumers experience and engage with brands
  • A natural interest for the latest news and trends in the world of marketing, business development and communication. And broader culture (Art, Music, Fashion, innovation/tech etc)
  • Basic skill set Adobe (f.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
